SPR# JJAI52YSA4 - Display the Offline button dynamically only if the server is enabled for Domino Offline Services.

Problem:
An enhancement request was submitted to Lotus Quality Engineering and this
functionality was added to the version of iNotes Web Access 5.0.10 and Domino
Web Access (iNotes) 6.0.

Domino Offline Services
SPR# JJAI52YSA4 - Display the Offline button dynamically only if the server is
enabled for Domino Offline Services.
Beginning with Domino Web Access 6.0, removing the DSAPI filer file name from
the Domino Server document also removes the "Go Offline" button.
Also, beginning with Domino 6.0.2, an option is available on the Domino Web
Access tab in the Server configuration document called "Allow users to go
offline." Unchecking this option will remove the "Go Offline" button. More >
